Charities commission

We’ve written to the Charity Commission to demand urgent action against charities that are misleading the public—especially children—by claiming that men can be lesbians. This is not only factually and legally incorrect, it’s a deeply homophobic attack on same-sex attracted women and a betrayal of young girls who deserve clarity and truth. Following the Supreme Court’s 2025 ruling affirming that “woman” means adult human female and that sex means biological sex, we believe any charity spreading misinformation is acting outside its legal remit and must be held to account. Our letter calls on the Commission to issue clear guidance, investigate offenders, and enforce the law.
